Price Guarantee on DicroSlide™
I'm serious about having the lowest price on DicroSlide™!
It is available elsewhere, since it has been marketed as a fusing product.
However, I will beat any price, online or elsewhere.
Just email me with a price you have found that is lower than mine (per square inch and including shipping costs) and I'll beat it.
I'm offering it in 4"x4" sheets, which is the smallest size I could get so that everyone can try it with a minimum investment.
I'll be carrying larger sizes soon, but for now I'm offering the smaller 4"x4" sheets for less cost per square inch than other distributors sell the larger sheets.

Return Policy
Enamel and Fused Glass Jewelry:
I really want you to be happy with your handmade jewelry!
If you're not, for any reason, just return it to me for a full refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping).
No worries!
DicroSlide:
You can return unopened DicroSlide packages in original saleable condition for a full refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping).
In other words, once you cut or use the DicroSlide in any way, I will not be able to issue a refund.
The only exception is in the extremely rare case of a defective sheet of DicroSlide, in which the dichroic material may not properly separate from the binder.
If you somehow happen to get a sheet like this, of course I will issue an immediate refund and will report the problem to the manufacturer.
Shipping
I am a fast shipper!
I ship your order within 24 hours after I receive payment confirmation from PayPal or within 48 hours of the day that I receive your personal check in the mail.
I ship the majority of orders using United States Postal Service (USPS) First Class Mail.
Shipping for anywhere in the U.S. is $3.00, regardless of the amount of your order, and includes insurance.
(Note: The USPS requires that all deliveries that are insured for over $200 require a signature.
If this is annoying, I can ship your package without the insurance if you like; however, then I can't be responsible for packages lost in the mail.)
International Orders:
Please email me before placing your order for a shipping quote.
Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods:
- Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, eChecks, and bank transfers using PayPal.
A PayPal account is not required when paying by credit card.
- Personal check through PayPal (e-check). You'll need to set up a PayPal account to pay by e-check, but it's super easy to do.

Please add $3.00 shipping and any applicable sales tax (CA residents only) to your order.
If you are purchasing jewelry, please contact me ASAP after you mail your check so I can remove the item(s) from the website (that way no one else can purchase them while your check is in transit).
